Optical Assistant
Our client, a well-known facility in the greater Sacramento area is in need of a Optical Assistant. Candidates would be responsible for performing a variety of duties such as: answering phones, scheduling appointments, dealing with customer questions/complaints, assisting patients, data entry and optical sales.
Requirements:
-Must have at least 1 year of experience working in the optical environment
-Must have strong customer service skills
