Manufacturing Aide I (Clean Room)
Your Role:
The Core Aide will be responsible for assisting in performing procedures involved in the Cell Therapy area (clean room) according to company and departmental SOP's. Individual will maintain records to comply with Good Manufacturing Practices and will also assist in operations performed in the Cell Therapy clean room and associated areas. Individual will work in a fast-paced, safety-oriented, team environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assists in the manufacture of products in the Cell Therapy clean rooms
Prepares disinfectant solutions according to specifications
Maintains complete and accurate paperwork/training records associated with the job tasks.
Prepare production materials for Cell Therapy clean room operations
Performs daily Core Cleaning and weekly maintenance of equipment
Aseptically gown on a daily basis.
Manipulates cell culture vessels in an aseptic environment
Performs production tasks as stated in Standard Operating Procedure, under Supervisor or Team Lead guidance
Perform environmental sampling pre and post-production runs
Monitor and record work activities for billing purposes
Your qualifications:
High School degree or equivalent
Ability to read and understand production schedules, SOPs.
Ability to read and understand importance of compliance with cGMPs
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Routinely able to lift 50 lbs.
Good Eye/Hand Coordination
